Best Accountability captures screenshots at a random interval, but you can specify the average time between screenshots from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. For example, if you set the interval to 30 seconds, then screenshots will be captured randomly every 15 to 45 seconds. Because it's random, you can't predict when the next screenshot will be captured and there is no visual indication that a screenshot was captured from the device.

Best Accountability allows you to see all screenshots. Screenshots flagged as high-risk will have a red border. You can optionally set accountability partners to only receive high-risk screenshots if you want to grant more privacy, however, no algorithm is perfect so expect some false positives/negatives to occur.

Web filters don't reliably block content. They struggle especially with social media and other "acceptable" sites that also contain pornographic content. Web filters prevent you from learning to use the internet wisely. Web filters can play an important role at protecting against accidental exposure, but they won't stop bad content especially from "acceptable" sites like social media.

Our primary goal is to provide the most tamper proof solutions available. It does you no good if you find a way to secretly access harmful content when you're trying to quit. Most other apps sound nice on the surface, but are full of loopholes. We can't stand that. If there's a loophole, we fix it asap. Some platforms limit the degree to which we can close up loopholes, however we're committed to providing the most tamper proof solution available on each platform. Our zero-access, end-to-end encryption (e2ee) ensures you control who has access. Only those with a special passcode you set, called an e2ee passcode, will be able to decrypt your captured data. Best Accountability never has access to your e2ee passcode, so no employees can read your e2ee encrypted data. If a hacker managed to hack our servers, they'd need your e2ee passcode to decrypt anything. This is the power of e2ee.

Best Accountability uses the Truple monitoring engine, which is the most tamper proof monitoring solution out there. However, it's important to point out you're still in complete control and you can disable monitoring at anytime. Just know that if you do your accountability partner will be able to tell it's been disabled.
